🛡 Your 6 scam-defense rules — keep them

  1. Urgency is the weapon. Real organisations never demand action “in the next 10 minutes.”
  2. Never share an OTP. With anyone. Ever. No exceptions — not “friends,” not “bank staff.”
  3. Verify on the official channel. Don’t use the link or number in the message — open the app or call the number on your card.
  4. A changed number + a money request = call the old number. AI can clone voices; a call-back defeats it.
  5. You never pay to receive money or a job. Fees to “release” a prize, parcel or salary are always scams.
  6. Guaranteed returns don’t exist. Anyone promising 30% a month is stealing your principal.
