Cocoon does three things. We train people and teams to use AI properly. We advise organisations on where it actually fits and where it does not. And we build and run the thing once the decision is made — we do not hand over a slide deck and leave.
We don't always have a vacancy posted. We do always read applications, and we've hired from them before.
You will not have a narrow lane. People here write, teach, build and sell in the same week. That suits some people enormously and other people not at all.
Everything on our tools page was made in-house and left switched on for free. Client work stays private, but the habit is the same: ship something real, quickly.
Train one week, advise the next, ship something the week after. Explaining a hard thing simply matters more here than any single credential — and so does finishing what you scoped.
Colombo is home. Sessions run across Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia and the Middle East, in person and online.

Sit with a client, work out where AI genuinely helps and where it is a distraction, and write the plan they can act on.
Execution: take the agreed plan and actually build, integrate and run it inside a client's business until it works.
Build our own products — the tools on this site, the AI features behind them, the infrastructure that keeps them up. Ship small, ship often.
Interfaces, slides, brand, learning materials. Make complicated things feel obvious.
Write the courses, the blog, the exercises. Decide what's worth teaching and in what order.
Make sessions happen — scheduling, clients, logistics, the hundred details between a yes and a full room.

A short paid piece of work or a live teaching slot, depending on the role. We'd rather see you work than quiz you.
