The AI Readiness Score: a free assessment built on what you do, not what you say.

Cocoon’s AI Readiness Score is a free, four-minute assessment that measures how ready you — or your team — are to use AI at work. Most readiness quizzes ask you to rate yourself; this one asks you to do things. It scores the five pillars of the CRAFT framework, adds AI-written probe questions specific to your role, and gives you a report that says what to work on next, in voice or in chat.

Take it as an individual to see where you stand, or run it across a team to get a capability map: where the group is strong, where it is one person deep, and which gap to close first. It is the same benchmark Cocoon runs before and after every training programme in Sri Lanka, Singapore and across Asia, offered free so you can see the starting line before you decide anything.

A free assessment from Cocoon that measures how ready a person or an organisation is to use AI at work, built on behaviour rather than self-rating. It scores five pillars of the CRAFT framework, asks AI-generated probe questions written for your role, and produces a report you keep. Three depths are available, from 15 to 45 questions.
About four minutes for the personal score at the shortest depth; the deeper versions take ten to fifteen minutes. The organisation version scores a team and shows where it is one person deep on a skill.
Yes. No signup is required to take it and see the score; entering an email gets the PDF report and opens Cocoon’s free labs. It is the benchmark Cocoon runs before and after every training programme, offered free so you can see where you stand first.
CRAFT is Cocoon’s five-pillar model of AI readiness at work: the skills, habits and judgement that separate people who use AI well from people who have only tried it. The assessment scores each pillar separately, so the report says what to work on rather than giving one number.
Yes. The organisation option scores a team and produces a capability map showing where the group is strong, where it is thin, and which gap to close first. Cocoon uses it to design corporate programmes; you can use it on its own.
