Record any meeting straight from your browser — no install, no bot joining your call. AI transcribes it live and turns it into structured notes: summary, decisions, action items. Then here is the twist: we store nothing. Your notes exist only on your screen, you get 15 minutes to download them, and then they self-destruct. Free, on us.
Audio is transcribed in passing and immediately discarded. No recording, transcript or note is ever written to our servers. There is nothing to leak, subpoena or train on.
When your session ends, a countdown starts. Download your notes within 15 minutes (extend once to 30) — then everything is wiped, even from your browser.
Works in your browser next to Google Meet, Zoom web or Teams web. Nothing joins your call, nothing to deploy, nothing for IT to approve.
We email you a 6-digit access code. It is yours to keep: 3 sessions a day, up to 30 minutes each, on the house.
Your microphone (and, if you add it, the meeting tab's audio) is recorded in your browser in short segments. Each segment is sent once to our transcription endpoint, converted to text in memory, and the audio is discarded on the spot. The transcript lives in your browser only. Notes are generated the same way — one pass, nothing written to disk, nothing logged.
Anything in a browser tab: Google Meet, Zoom on web, Teams on web, webinars, YouTube. The native Zoom/Teams desktop apps can't be captured by a web page — for those, either join from the browser instead, or just let your laptop mic pick up the room.
The AI transcription and note-writing run on Cocoon's account — free for you, paid by us. The code (3 sessions a day) is simply what keeps that sustainable. No credit card, ever.
Then the notes are genuinely gone — we can't recover them, because we never had them. You can extend the timer once (+15 minutes, 30 total). Download first, read later.
Chrome or Edge on a laptop for the full experience (tab audio needs them). Safari and Firefox work fine for microphone-only sessions.
