AI Agents & Automation Training in Singapore.
Build the thing that runs without you.

Hands-on AI automation training for teams in Singapore: Make.com, Zapier and n8n workflows, your first agent with tools and memory, guardrails and human-in-the-loop, and MCP for connecting AI to your systems. No code required.

Cocoon's AI agents and automation training in Singapore teaches teams to move from using AI in a chat window to running it inside their workflows: triggers and actions in Make.com, Zapier and n8n, a first end-to-end automation built in the session, then an agent with tools and memory, the guardrails that keep it safe, and MCP for connecting a model to real systems and data. Built on Cocoon's Automation Lab, Agent Lab and API Lab, delivered on-site in Singapore or online.

AI Agents & Automation Training: the curriculum.

Eight modules, every one of them exercise-led on work from your own organisation. Half-day formats cover the first four; full days and cohorts cover all eight.

MODULE 01

What an agent actually is

A chatbot waits for a prompt; an agent has a goal, tools and a loop. Where the line sits, and why most 'agents' on sale are neither.

MODULE 02

Triggers, actions and where AI fits

Mapping a workflow before automating it. The step that should be AI, the steps that should stay rules, and the one that should stay human.

MODULE 03

Make.com, Zapier and n8n hands-on

The same automation built in all three. Pricing, limits, and which one fits a team in Singapore that does not want to maintain servers.

MODULE 04

Your first automation

Built in the room, end to end: a trigger, an AI step, an action into a tool you already use. It runs before you leave.

MODULE 05

Giving an agent tools and memory

Cocoon's Agent Lab: run an agent missing one component, watch it fail, switch the component on. Six levels, five failures, all instructive.

MODULE 06

Guardrails and human-in-the-loop

Approval steps, spending caps, what to log, and how an agent fails safely when the model is wrong.

MODULE 07

APIs and MCP

Cocoon's API Lab on a live feed: send a real request, read the JSON, earn your first 401, then hand the same API to an agent through MCP.

MODULE 08

What to automate and what to leave

A scoring rubric — frequency, variance, cost of error — applied to your own process list. The honest answer is often 'not yet'.

Built for the people who will
actually use it on Monday.

Operations and process owners

The people who know where the repetitive work lives, and want it gone without a six-month IT project.

Marketing, sales and RevOps

Lead routing, enrichment, follow-ups, reporting — the workflows where automation pays back in weeks.

IT and digital teams

Technical enough to go faster; the MCP and API sessions go deeper on request.

Founders and small teams

Where one person doing the work of three is the business model, and automation is the difference.

Agents & Automation · Singapore

Training that matches
Singapore's pace.

Singapore's National AI Strategy 2.0 set an expectation that every organisation, not just the tech sector, builds practical AI capability — and the market has responded with a crowded field of courses that are long on frameworks and short on doing. Cocoon's work in Singapore, including workshops with the Singapore AI Association (SAIA), takes the opposite approach: short, intense, hands-on sessions on the team's own work, delivered by practitioners. Financial services, logistics, professional services and government-linked organisations are the most frequent clients; the common thread is a team that already has licences and needs adoption, not another introduction.

SAIA × Cocoon: a hands-on AI skills workshop in Singapore.

In November 2025 Cocoon ran an AI skills workshop with the Singapore AI Association (SAIA) in Singapore — a full room, Ammar Ahamed presenting, and the same hands-on format we run for corporate teams: live tools, real tasks, nothing slides-only. These are the photos from the day.

AI Agents & Automation Training across Singapore’s
key sectors.

The exercises change with the industry. These are the sectors where Cocoon runs AI agents and automation training most often in Singapore.

Financial services

Banks, insurers and fintech: analysis, reporting, client communication and the data controls MAS expects.

Logistics & supply chain

Documentation, exception handling, forecasting and supplier communication across the region's busiest hub.

Professional services

Consulting, legal and accounting practices with document-heavy, deadline-driven workflows.

Technology & SaaS

Product, marketing and customer teams in companies that already ship AI and need everyone else to use it.

Government-linked & public sector

Agencies and GLCs building AI literacy at scale under national programmes.

Regional headquarters

Teams managing Southeast Asia from Singapore, with the multilingual, multi-market work that implies.

Funding and pricing in Singapore

Cocoon quotes in SGD or USD, per workshop for corporate formats. Singapore's SkillsFuture and Enterprise Training Support schemes apply to courses listed on SSG's Training Partners Gateway; eligibility for Cocoon's programmes depends on that accreditation, so ask on the discovery call for the current position rather than assuming a subsidy either way. Many Singapore organisations fund practical AI training from L&D budgets or transformation programmes, and Cocoon's content is aligned with IMDA's AI skills frameworks and the National AI Strategy 2.0 objectives.

Discovery call

Your team, your tools, your industry, and what you actually need AI agents and automation training to change.

02

Your documents

Sent a week ahead, with consent. The exercises are built on them, so the session is about your work from the first minute.

03

Delivery

Hands-on, on-site in Singapore or online. Live demonstrations, three to eight exercises, a prompt library built in the room.

04

30-day follow-up

A check-in, the readiness benchmark re-run, and the honest conversation about what stuck.

Common questions about AI agents and automation
training in Singapore.

No. Make.com, Zapier and n8n are visual tools and the entire programme runs without writing code. Cocoon's own Automation Lab teaches the model — drag nodes, wire triggers to actions, add an AI step — in a sandbox where nothing real is sent. Developers on the team can go further into APIs and MCP in the same session.
Yes. Every participant builds and runs a real automation before the end of the session: a trigger, an AI step, and an action into a tool your organisation in Singapore already uses. Teams usually pick a weekly report, a lead-routing rule or a document-intake flow. It keeps running after we leave.
Automation follows a fixed path you designed: when this happens, do that. An agent is given a goal and tools and decides its own path. Automation is reliable and cheap; agents are flexible and need guardrails. The programme teaches both and, more importantly, when each is the right choice — most business processes want automation with one AI step, not an agent.
Zapier for the widest app coverage and the least maintenance; Make.com for more complex logic at a lower price; n8n for self-hosting and control. We build the same workflow in all three during the session so the choice is made on your requirements, not our preference.
SkillsFuture and Enterprise Training Support apply to courses accredited on SSG's Training Partners Gateway, and eligibility for Cocoon's programmes depends on that accreditation. Cocoon's content aligns with IMDA's AI skills frameworks and the National AI Strategy; ask on the discovery call for the current funding position for your organisation rather than assuming a subsidy either way.
Yes. Corporate programmes are delivered at your office or a venue in Singapore, with trainers travelling from Colombo; online delivery in the same hands-on format is available for shorter sessions and for teams across the region. Cocoon has run workshops with the Singapore AI Association.
Most Singapore providers run scheduled public courses at a training centre. Cocoon runs closed sessions for your team, on your own documents and workflows, with practitioners rather than lecturers, and gives you free labs and tools to judge the teaching first. If you need a WSQ certificate for each participant, a registered provider is the right choice; if you need the team to actually change how it works, that is what Cocoon is built for.
